There is no doubt that the fashion scene is evident almost everywhere. People are now exploring different styles from different decades. May it be what's in as of the moment, or just someone's personal preference. With the styling scene growing, having it documented plays a big role to this industry. So let me share to you some tips on how to take the perfect ootd photo. Well it's not actually perfect, but for me these are some pointers that I usually take into consideration before posting my outfit of the day.
1. Lighting
This has always been the number one factor that I look for when I take my outfit shots. The light always play a vital role. I prefer natural light in early mornings or late afternoons where the light isn't harsh.
2. Know your angles
There are always tricks on how to create an illusion that would flatter your body type. Body language adds drama to the photo. You just have to practice and know your angles.
3. Setting
When I take outfit shots, I usually think ahead on where to take it. With this, I can conceptualize and have a theme that goes with my look. I just love it when my photos have a story to tell.
4. Confidence
Just feel good about yourself, express your emotions, and it will be seen in the photos. I know that I am really not that confident, but I'm trying. Don't mind the people, they will always judge you. As long as you are having fun and you're not doing anything wrong, then you are on the right track.
5. Quality of the photo
I always make sure that I use a camera that takes good quality photos. Oppo F1s is one of them. The rear camera has a 13 megapixel sensor with an aperture of f2.2. It also takes a good selfie photo since the front camera also has a 16 megapixel sensor with an aperture of f2.0. This allows for more light to enter the camera, and enhances its sensitivity.
So there you have it, my own version of taking the perfect ootd!
