I know, I know, I've already posted an outfit similar to this one, a fringe top paired with a pair of shorts  plus boots, but I really enjoy this look! It's very casual and comfortable. You can easily move or do whatever! I get really excited when I wear clothes that are flowy or have fringes because I can have my photo taken with me twirling with it and see the fabric spinning with me! I guess I still have the child in me. :)
