When I received this skirt from Let's Stylized, I was having quite a hard time thinking on how to wear it. Good thing I eventually thought of the fashion from the late 1960's. That year was all about bold colors, polka dots, and round sunnies. The brightly colored skirt, polka dotted top with a pair of round sunnies gave this look the 1960's vibe. Never have I thought that I could pull off this look, especially the cut out skirt. Good thing that fashion repeats itself time to time. :)
