I never had an interest on fringe before, until I saw Sean Kelly's pieces from Project Runway Season 13. His collection was just exquisite, fresh, and had a lot of fringe! Got this dress from New Dress, and I adore it! I love how sultry the dress is and relaxed at the same time. Plus it has movement! I don't know if you've noticed, but I have a thing with clothing that has movement. Anyway, still looking for pieces that would add up to my fringe collection. Have any suggestions where to find them? :)
